As part of the Entice tribe, which focuses on insurance buying journeys for commercial customers, you will join a cross-functional squad focusing on developing webshops, or other digital buying solutions, for small and medium-sized customers (SME).
In your daily work you work together with the rest of the squad to define work items for development. You ensure the impact of the technical choices are understood within the squad and collaborate with other developers to do this. You create automated tests for your code to ensure our solutions are deployed without problems.
Additionally, you will mentor and coach other developers in your squad regarding development best-practices, and on how a software engineer creates solutions to business problems.

You will be working in either the Piemakers, or the Shopkeepers squad. The Piemakers are focused on personal insurance sales, while Shopkeepers focus on other insurances for SME’s. Both squads consist of a product owner, a UX designer, a digital growth manager, one or two content managers, and two developers. You will be the third developer in the squad.
The squads are part of our Entice tribe, with about 50 people in total across the Nordics and Baltics.
You are passionate about providing continuous customer value through software development in an agile environment. You have been developing modern SPA applications for a while and have a good grasp of how to build smooth user experiences. You know that good software development practices apply equally to frontend development. You know the difference of complicated and complex code, which matters a lot when building maintainable modern client applications.
As a developer, you see yourself as a craftsman. You don't only want to get things done but have them done well. Several years of experience in software development and its methodologies
Knowledge of .NET ecosystem and its tooling
Deep knowledge of modern web development frameworks. React is preferable but not mandatory.
Attention to details with a test-driven mindset
Experience in frontend testing
Experience in leading a team or mentoring
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written (Nordic language knowledge is an advantage)
