Senior Executive, Recruitment

Job Description

  • Work with Recruitment Manager to proactively develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies in the Commercial area;

  • Carry out direct sourcing and complex searches for mid-level to senior positions and work on strategic or niche roles;

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment practices and sourcing channels (job boards, social media groups, community forums, etc.) of your target markets;

  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews (video calls or face-to-face) and schedule candidates for final interviews

  • Create candidate pipelines candidates for hard to fill skills;

  • Participate in graduate hiring, career fairs, and assessment centers as needed;

  • Provide regular reporting to the Recruitment Manager about the status of hiring supported by recruitment data on a weekly basis.

Skills and Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience with End to End Recruitment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience in handling Business Unit / Stakeholder / Internal client.

  • Experience is Technical and Non Technical hiring ( Preferred same Industry )

  • Should be hands on working on any recruitment tool.

  • Good Market insight and Business Knowledge

  • Good in Candidate Management.
