The Senior Executive of Client Solutions team plays an important role in driving the content ideation and strategy for clients seeing projects through from initial brief to delivery of final reports.  Their role encompasses both pitching and successfully delivering branded content campaigns/ sponsorships/ events for Warner Bros. Discovery's (WBD) advertising clients across the multi-platform WBD network. This role will be a regional role and will be expected to work closely with the ad-sales team, internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.

Your New Role

  • Develop and deliver Proactive and Reactive Creative solutions with a focus on Digital and Franchise-led solutions servicing APAC markets across the Warner Bros. Discovery suite of Brands and Franchises. Focus brands are Discovery, TLC, Asian Food Network, HGTV, Cartoon Network, Warner TV, Boomerang and DC Asia. Key WBD franchises are Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Tom & Jerry, DC, Powerpuff Girls etc.

  • Manage the commercial creative process from concept to delivery for the Ad Sales and Partnerships teams.

  • Strategy, analysis, and implementation for client-integrated linear TV/ social media/ digital outreach.

  • Collaborate with all relevant areas of the organisation and be the internal liaison across all functions for approvals and delivery, as well as the external liaison with clients for approvals, and vendors (if applicable).

  • Be the custodian of timelines and budgets pre-pitch and through delivery, keeping the project on schedule and on budget.

  • Monitor and report on performance for projects and communicate proactively with Sales teams and Clients on project status where applicable.

Areas of Responsibility

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. PITCH SUPPORT  (40%)

  • Develop Solutions for Ad Sales clients, both reactively and proactively, especially focused on Digital and/or Franchise first solutions.

  • Copywriting for Basic Scripts, Captions and Storyboards to support Pitches.

  • Collaborate with all key lines of business (e.g. Marketing, Franchise, Consumer products, Programming, Creative Services, Streaming, Theatrical, etc.) to provide the best possible creative solutions that are on brand.

  • Develop 360 media strategies and audience recommendations to deliver optimised, hyper-targeted audiences for client campaigns.

  • Utilise latest research data and broader external trends to justify recommended strategy and tactics.

  • Develop campaign pitch presentation decks and mock-ups for campaign pitches.

2. CAMPAIGN DELIVERY & EXECUTION  (30%)

  • Be the central point of contact to manage Client approvals.

  • Manage external vendors and internal LOB’s in a way that we operate within the budget and timelines per project.

  • Implement and manage various formats of campaign amplification where appropriate, including creative execution, budget and copy writing (e.g., Social captions).

  • Have a strong understanding of Brand and Brand Assurance across each brand and franchise to ensure solutions are on brand.

  • Optimisation of social media/digital campaign, ensuring campaign KPIs are achieved.

3. CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS  (20%)

  • Take ownership of ROI and Impact measurement for projects on all platforms.

  • Provide post campaign analysis and learnings/feedback for both client and Ad Sales teams.

4. COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP  (10%)

  • Act as the main point of contact for all our campaign production. Working closely with our Creative & Production teams on strategic and sellable formats for Ad Sales.

  • Guarantee a high quality of creative and production, maintaining consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team.

Job Requirements / Skills

Essential

  • 4 years of work experience in an advertising/ creative/ media agency

  • General knowledge of sales process and dependencies

  • Experience in writing and developing creative concepts

  • Experience in regional business – working with multiple markets

  • Ability to manage external vendors & internal stakeholders

  • Above average skills in in platform specific experience such as Meta Ad Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Ad Manager

  • Ability to Stay calm under pressure

Desirable

  • Experience in Advertising sales

  • Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Broad knowledge and experience in web development

  • Experience in Basic film editing for short clips
