Job Summary:
The Engineering Senior Program Manager is responsible for the documentation of all Engineering and Facility Management processes and procedures. Learns the building’s electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems and the venue’s building automation and integrative systems. Participates in troubleshooting issues with the aforementioned items. Gains knowledge of the building’s sustainability efforts and LEED recertification processes. Contributes to Capital projects as needed. Become familiar with outside contractors and vendors that work in the venue. The Engineering Senior Program Manager must be fiscally responsible, be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both internally and externally and must have the ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and/or situations. This position reports directly to the Engineering & Facility Services Director.

- Document all processes and procedures for Engineering & Facility Services.
- Aptitude to understand electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Experience with building automation and integrative systems, particularly Metasys and Open Blue preferred.
- Participates in procurement process as needed.

- Prepares and manages budgetary guidelines and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education – Educational background and academic qualifications are important and required, with technical training in plant engineering or factory/plant maintenance ideal.
- Experience – Seven plus (7+) years of progressively responsible experience in a maintenance field, three (3) of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multi-functional maintenance organization.
- Skills – Strong mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical and controls systems. Energy management background and experience in sustainability practices preferred.
- Well Developed Communication Skills – Oral, written and listening. Good analytical skills and close attention to detail. Excellent project management skills, including ability to lead, facilitate and organize.
