Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Email Communications Specialist - Global Nurture Programs to be part of making this happen.

Position Overview and Objective 

The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, Global Nurture Programs focuses on building and maintaining our global nurture programs, email programs, and broader support of campaign operations. This role is critical in building and optimizing communication strategies to our top-of-funnel contacts to engage and educate with them until they are ready for a sales engagement.  

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties 

 

  • Design, build and optimize the multi-step nurture journeys for different personas, segments and funnel stages  

  • Operate in an always-on, iterative model where we are adjusting communications, offers and content based on how nurture streams are performing.  

  • Own list import and cleaning process for Marketing campaigns into Marketo 

  • Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and automated drip series 

  • Partner with Senior Marketing Analyst, content and product marketing to map relevant assets to each stage of the journey 

  • Partner with Senior Marketing Analyst to leverage dynamic content and behavioral triggers to deliver personalized experiences 

  • Align nurture strategy with GTM priorities, lead scoring models and funnel velocity goals  

  • Maintain a consistent voice, tone and brand alignment across all touchpoints  

  • Support the build and management of nurture workflows in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo)   

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, content offers, CTAs and timing. 

  • QA Marketo Campaign programs post build, provide feedback to stakeholders 

  • Track performance of nurture streams across KPIs like engagement, MQLs, Qualified Pipeline and Revenue  

  • Provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to marketing leaders  

 

 

Key Skills 

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation and sales processes. 

  • Understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to increase opportunities and impact pipeline velocity. Experience in global marketing and demand generation. 

  • Capacity to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and identify improvement areas. 

  • Manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines  

  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment inclusive of tight deadlines and turnaround times. Able to solve problems, juggle priorities, and keep a cool head in the sometimes-chaotic world of events. Ability to adjust strategies and tactics based on market changes, emerging trends, and feedback. 

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, diverse teams, and external partners internally and externally 

 

Builds and maintains program-level budget.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or related field. 

  • 5-7+ years experience in Marketing Operations 

  • Deep understanding of email communications, marketing automation and workflows 

  • Natural inquisitiveness to find areas that can be improved and building a plan to deliver on improvements  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau with the ability to learn new software quickly 

  • Experience working for cloud services/security technology company with mid-market focus 

 

Environment and Physical Demands 

  • Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.  

  • Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity. 

  • If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space 

  • In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations. 

  • May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper).
