What You’ll Do

As Senior Director, Data Partnerships, you’ll lead Nexxen’s data monetization and commercial partnerships strategy, driving top-line growth through differentiated data and measurement solutions. You’ll own the deal pipeline, revenue outcomes, and strategic relationships that expand Nexxen’s position as a performance-driven DSP and SSP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and close commercial data and measurement partnerships that unlock incremental revenue across Nexxen’s platform.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of deals across retail media networks, measurement providers, and data suppliers.
  • Structure and own commercial modeling, licensing, and strategic agreements with partners across identity, attribution, and measurement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure partnership terms directly support revenue, margin, and client performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for new data offerings: defining commercial models, pricing, and partner enablement strategies.
  • Deliver detailed revenue forecasts and ROI models and maintain accountability
  • Represent Nexxen externally at industry events and forums to evangelize our differentiated data strategy and build new commercial relationships.
  • Maintain an active network of C-level and VP contacts across data, measurement, and retail media ecosystems to continually source new opportunities.

What Will I Bring?

  • BA/BS and 10+ years of experience in AdTech with a focus on data strategy, partnerships, and monetization.
  • Deep understanding of data ecosystems including data providers, identity resolution, measurement, and privacy/compliance.
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex data partnerships with innovative commercial models.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $165,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
