Role
The Senior Director, Catalog and Product Marketing will lead the strategy, development, and management of catalog products across all technologies within the wireless IoT semiconductor portfolio. You will also lead the Product Marketing team responsible for our technology-based product marketing of our portfolio. In this role, you will define and execute a cohesive strategy for catalog products, software tools, modules, and ecosystem partnerships that drive growth, enablement, and customer success.
This role requires deep expertise in wireless IoT technologies, a strong understanding of modules and ecosystems, and proven experience in cross-functional leadership. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across our global teams, segment leads, product management, mass market, and sales organizations to ensure unified strategy, alignment, and flawless execution.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall strategy, development, and management of catalog products across all wireless IoT technologies.
Partner with product marketing leads, segment and mass market teams to align product and business strategies with market needs and long-term company objectives.
Lead initiatives that expand the catalog portfolio’s competitiveness and profitability.
Module and Ecosystem Strategy
Create and execute an internal and external module strategy, driving integration, scalability, and time-to-market advantages.
Develop and manage ecosystem partnerships spanning hardware, software, and design services to strengthen catalog product adoption and differentiation.
Software Tools and Enablement
Create and manage a comprehensive plan for software tools, development kits, and enablement resources that accelerate customer design-in and success.
Collaborate with product management, product marketing, and segment teams to ensure software assets and kits align with product roadmaps and market needs.
Pricing and Business Strategy
Develop and implement a unified pricing strategy across all technologies that supports both growth and profitability goals.
Partner with product marketing and analytics teams to understand product trends, evaluate competitive pricing, and refine pricing frameworks for optimal impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration
Work closely with product marketing leads, segment leads, product management, mass market, and sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and coordinated execution.
Drive collaboration across engineering, operations, and supply chain to translate strategic plans into actionable business outcomes.
Champion data-driven decision-making and customer-centric execution across the organization.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver innovation, operational excellence, and strategic results.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
15+ years of relevant experience with wireless IoT technologies and products.
Proven success leading product portfolio strategy, catalog product management, and ecosystem development.
Strong understanding of wireless IoT markets, modules & ecosystems, incl. tech such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 802.15.4 (Zigbee, Thread, Matter), sub-GHz, and MCU.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across diverse business and technical organizations.
Experience in pricing strategy, partner management, and go-to-market leadership at a global scale.
