As one of our Senior Development Managers you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-value, customer-centric developments across our portfolio. From feasibility to final delivery, you’ll ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and governance expectations—while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your new role will see you:
Lead end-to-end development lifecycle: strategy, feasibility, approvals, procurement, construction, and handover
Drive design excellence and sustainability across all projects
Manage stakeholder relationships including councils, contractors, consultants, and community groups
Oversee financial performance, risk management, and reporting for all development activities
Champion a high-performing, values-driven team culture aligned with the LifeCare Way
Ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory standards
To succeed in this role, our expectations are that you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Finance, or related fields
5+ years’ experience in strategic development planning and project delivery across multi-site, high-value assets
Proven success in residential development, including apartment sales and marketing
Strong financial acumen and experience with feasibility modelling (e.g. Estate Master)
Advanced knowledge of property legislation, WHS, and risk management
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Experience in aged care, retirement living, or healthcare settings will be advantageous
