This position is ideal for a meticulously organized, customer-centric individual. Own the smooth flow of products, facilitating sales operations, and handling logistics to enforce to business schedules.
A day in the Life:
- Handle inquiries via email and phone from customers and/or internal parties.
- Perform order management activities: order booking, price checking, order clearing aligned with company’s policies, prepare a shipping documentation, etc.
- Provide assistance to sales functions and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration request, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements.
- Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments
- Liaise with Finance and other departments on delivery status, invoicing and goods receipt postings
- Participate in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives across SEATW
- Maintain SAP transactions accuracy (PO creation, GR/IR, delivery updates).

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Proven background in customer service, supply chain or logistics position.
- Background in commercial operations or sales support.
- Previous roles involving customer-centric settings.
- 1–3 years’ experience in order management, logistics, or customer service (preferably in pharma/life sciences or multinational companies).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to effectively implement logistics strategies.
- Proficiency in SAP (S/4 HANA preferred) for PO/SO management.
- Ability to work with 3PL vendors and cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role involves working in a standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit warehouses or shipping facilities.
