Job Responsibilities:
Monitor all credit and receivables applications, documenting the process for each patron
Prioritize, review and process all new and existing credit privilege applications referred by the respective marketing executives/branch offices and executive management
Verify/update and confirm if patrons’ information in Patron Management is correct prior to any credit or collection requests
Conduct Central Credit checks, background/business searches and wealth assessment reports
Gather patrons’ credit and gaming details provided by other Casinos’ credit departments via phone calls or emails and input obtained details in CTA
Check if patron is included in DICJ Blacklist or UN Sanction List and advise management on any adverse credit history or negative information collected on a patron requesting credit
Prepare and submit “This Trip Only” (TTO) standard approval emails covering TTO terms, credit, gaming, and business information for managements review
Set up credit in CTA Touch system upon TTO approval and send confirmation email to marketing executives to advise them accordingly
Review daily the Active TTO Reports to ensure expired credits are no longer active and extended credits are still active
Update Patron Management system with outstanding payments received and confirmed by Cage
Respond to credit and collection queries from executive management or other Casinos, record in CTA Touch and email management with information shared with other Clubs
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in casino industry or banking experience.
Bachelor's Degree or above
Proficient in both Chinese and English
Proficient in general computer operations
and Microsoft Office applications
