Job Description & Summary

About the Role 

As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting practice, you will collaborate with clients from various industries to address complex business challenges and drive transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing current business processes, designing target operating models, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions. This role bridges hands-on project delivery with elements of team leadership and client management. 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Engagement & Business Development 

  • Participate in preparing and presenting tailored client proposals. 

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, gathering feedback and reporting progress.

Project Delivery & Transformation 

  • Lead and support the delivery of transformation projects, including the assessment of current operating models and the development of transition plans. 

  • Analyze business processes and organizational structures, and recommend improvements for efficiency, automation, and operational excellence. 

  • Design and implement KPIs, management reporting, and strategic guidance on technology enablement. 

  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. 

  • Ensure alignment with internal risk management procedures during project initiation and delivery. 

Team & Practice Development 

  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and feedback-rich environment. 

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, practice development, and community initiatives. 

  • Stay informed about current business trends and economic issues affecting clients. 

 

Candidate Requirements 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Consulting, or a related field. 

Skills & Experience 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in consulting, transformation projects, or related fields. 

  • Experience in process optimization, performance management, organizational design, or technology enablement.

  • Exposure to ERP/EPM platforms and data analytics tools is an advantage.  

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset. 

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. 

Additional 

  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (oral and written). 

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
