What You’ll Be Doing  

As a Senior Consultant, Document Digitization and Transformation, you will play a key role in driving the bank’s document automation and AI initiatives. You will be accountable for delivering a broad range of efficient and cost-effective operational changes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting dashboards. You will help manage controls, digital capacity, and the AI document ingestion use case backlog. You will identify new opportunities for leveraging AI in document processing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation and change management of digitization projects. Your technical expertise will support the creation of business and system requirements documents (BRDs & SRDs), while your communication skills will enable you to effectively highlight key performance metrics and champion digital transformation across the organization.

How You’ll Succeed 

  • Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
  • Leveraging available tools - document current/future state, including but not limited to; workflow modeling, use case analysis and data modeling

  • You’re tech Savvy – Having an understanding of Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, ADO, MS-Power-Automate, & VBA to develop solutions and assist developers.
