Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. 医院渠道学术会议管理与运营:

  • 项目策划与执行: 独立负责区域内科室会、城市会等中小型学术会议的全流程管理,包括预算申请、讲者沟通、物料准备、现场执行及会后复盘、数据记录、核销等。
  • 专家网络维护: 建立并维护区域内核心KOL(关键意见领袖)及讲者库,保持良好互动,传递最新学术信息,为学术活动提供智力支持。
  • 内容支持: 协同医学部、市场部,确保会议内容的科学性、合规性与吸引力,将复杂的医学信息转化为易于医生理解的学术内容。
  • 效果评估: 跟踪会议效果,收集反馈,通过数据分析评估会议ROI(投资回报率),并持续优化会议形式与内容。
  • 2. 患者教育项目策划与落地:
  • 项目设计: 基于产品特性和患者需求,策划线上线下相结合的患者教育项目,如患教会、疾病知识科普、患者支持项目等。
  • 跨部门协作: 与销售团队、市场团队紧密合作,筛选重点医院,推动患者教育项目在医院的落地执行。
  • 材料开发: 协同制作通俗易懂、合规的患者教育材料(如手册、海报、短视频等),提升患者对疾病的认知和规范化治疗的依从性。
  • 合规管理: 严格遵守公司合规政策及行业法规,确保所有患者教育活动在阳光下运行,规避潜在风险。
  • 3. 渠道支持与日常运营:
  • 数据管理: 负责相关活动数据的收集、整理与分析,定期提交工作报告,为决策提供数据支持。
  • 预算控制: 精细化管理活动预算,确保费用在可控范围内,并合理使用。
  • 市场洞察: 关注竞品动态及行业政策变化,及时反馈市场信息,为部门策略调整提供参考。

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

  • 医药、生物学、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业,本科及以上学历1-3年医药行业市场部、销售部或医学部相关工作经验。
  • 有独立策划和执行学术会议或患者教育项目经验者优先。
  • 熟悉医院运作模式及医药营销合规要求者优先。
