We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Projects team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Lead critical change initiatives across various business, partnering closely with key stakeholders to drive successful organizational transitions. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work strategies, leveraging AI and innovative approaches to transform business models, operations, and culture. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex change in a dynamic environment.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and manage key components of change initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and critical GSD stakeholders. 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with stakeholder RACI matrices and the criticality of change impacts. 

  • Conduct change readiness assessments and provide ongoing support to teams throughout transitions to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption. 

  • Partner closely with People Partners and Learning & Development teams to design and implement future of work strategies, with a focus on AI-driven transformation. 

  • Provide a holistic, cross-functional perspective to identify opportunities for business model, operational, and organizational transformation. 

  • Drive the development and delivery of innovative strategies and solutions that enable sustainable change and business growth. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices and transformation initiatives. 

  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

What you need to have:

  • 15+ Years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives at a senior or director level. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences. 

  • Experience working collaboratively with HR, Learning & Development, and business partners to align change efforts with organizational goals. 

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in shaping future work environments is highly desirable. 

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment. 

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
