The Boeing CompanyBGS Government Services is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist supporting the Business Integration Office (BIO) in Hazelwood, MO. This internal-facing role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Contracts, Quality, Program Management) to lead special projects, drive process improvements, and embed program management best practices across BGS-G.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location option.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead, integrate, and deliver cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of BIO executive leadership.
Develop, monitor, and report on BGS-G level performance metrics and KPIs; investigate root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
Plan, organize, and facilitate executive-level summits and working sessions (e.g., Supply Chain and Proposal Summits).
Ensure clear, timely communication up, down, and across the organization; capture and track meeting actions through closure.
Partner closely with Program Management and functional partners (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Quality) to align business plans, processes, and management system architecture.
Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans and refine business cases.
Acquire and coordinate resources to support organizational activities and improvement efforts.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the management system and program operating rhythm; champion Program Management best practices.
Model and promote a services-first, agile, and lean culture consistent with Boeing Values and Behaviors.
Build and maintain effective relationships with program leadership, functional partners, and customer counterparts.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience):
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
3+ years experience working in a cross functional environment
3+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
3+ years of experience working with Project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results
3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working with multiple disciplines to resolve issues or reach a collaborative position
3+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
1+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, Power Point and Excel
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Direct experience working with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Experience defining, developing, or reporting metrics and KPIs; data-driven decision making.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives or technology-enabled operating models.
Experience facilitating cross-functional summits or complex stakeholder workshops.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate complex topics clearly for executive audiences.
