Senior Business Analyst, Global Retirement Markets

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Global Retirement Markets (multiple positions)

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Duties:

Experience identifying and evaluating business acquisition and investment opportunities (20%). Developing sophisticated revenue projection models for new product ideas and enhancements (20%). Deep understanding of global defined contribution systems in the US, Australia, UK and Canada, as well as familiarity with emerging DC markets in Asia and Europe (20%). In-depth understanding of the 401(k) managed accounts and fiduciary services markets and competitive landscape (20%). Familiarity with the fintech landscape, particularly in the retirement and financial wellness spaces (10%). Demonstrated experience writing long-form reports to communicate global trends and insights to senior leadership (10%). **Remote work requests will be considered consistent with company policy.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field, or foreign equivalent and 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry in a Financial Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or related role. In addition, the position requires: experience in business intelligence tools, including Python, SQL, and Tableau, familiarity with Salesforce; experience with global defined contribution systems in the US, Australia, UK and Canada; experience with emerging DC markets in Asia and Europe; experience with U.S. retirement market trends and distribution channels; experience with 401(k) managed accounts and fiduciary services markets and competitive landscape; experience with using advanced analytics to gather and analyze large datasets to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights; experience with advance MS Excel and proficiency in utilizing features such as data importing/exporting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.; experience with conducting comprehensive financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and business growth; experience with identifying and evaluating business acquisition and investment opportunities; experience researching and identifying partnership opportunities in the fintech space, particularly in the retirement and financial wellness spaces; experience writing long-form reports to communicate global trends and insights to senior leadership; and experience with presentations in order to communicate actionable insights to senior leadership. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.

Base Salary Compensation: $93,933 per year
