Minimum Requirements:

Highly proficient in SpringBoot and Java
Experience with orchestration libraries
Knowledgeable in performance testing
Has worked with microservices
Proactive and able to understand complex requirements
Works well with multi-cultural teams
Great communication skills

Good to have:

Experience with Kafka
Experience creating resilient and scalable microservices
Knowledge with the business intricacies of a lending application
