Senior Associate, Paid Social

Job Description:

iProspect is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Paid Social to support paid social media efforts for a leading B2B client in the financial software space. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of B2B marketing and is passionate about driving performance through strategic campaign execution. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns that target key decision-makers and support long sales cycles.

This role can be remote but must work CST or EST business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Support paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit to align with client goals such as lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Execute campaign builds, QA, and optimizations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Analyze performance data and develop insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with B2B KPIs such as MQLs and CPL.
  • Maintain strong relationships with paid social platform reps to stay ahead of trends and unlock performance opportunities.
  • Drive client services through timely and accurate communication, contributing to presentations and QBRs.
  • Manage campaign documentation, reporting, and billing processes.
  • Build relationships across internal teams and with external clients to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year experience working in Ads Manager for social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Experience setting up and tracking paid social campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and reporting platforms.
  • Intermediate-level experience developing insights from performance data for manager review.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies, including account-based marketing and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Performance Expectations

  • Deliver accurate and timely campaign execution with minimal oversight.
  • Provide actionable insights that improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain clean and compliant documentation across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate proactive ownership and contribute to team-wide initiatives.

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Reddit Ads Manager
  • Project Manager tools such as Jira, Microsoft Planner, OneNote, Workfront, etc.
  • Salesforce, HubSpot experience (preferred)
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
