Senior Associate, National Video/Broadcast

Job Description:

You Will:

Video Investment and Execution:

  • Prepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts)
  • Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements
  • Communication with networks regarding client's scheduling
  • Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily
  • Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. “Roll-Ups”)
  • Analyze upfront plans, complete options and sell-off requests, negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations
  • Ensure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirements
  • Prepare Monthly Spending Reports

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Maintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates)
  • Develop relationships with network sales executives
  • Help manage expectations of clients and their deliverables
  • Work with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff, manage time, assure projects are completed on time and follow budget
  • Keep up with the latest trends in media, programming, and ratings
  • Inform client/team of new opportunities or issues
  • Participate in face-to-face client meetings
  • Build relationships with internal and external teams and set a good example for associate level

Communication:

  • Help develop media presentations and tactical POVs
  • Develop client reports that are impactful
  • Move audience to desired action through clear delivery of information
  • Insure important information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, and changes in account status.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
  • Media vendor negotiation experience
  • Working knowledge of DDS
  • Knowledge of media research terminology

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
