Reporting directly to the Dean, the role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that optimize graduate enrollment, ensure program sustainability, and advance institutional goals.
The position provides strategic leadership in enrollment planning and long-term strategy to enhance competitiveness and student success, while partnering with marketing and communications across the university to highlight the unique value of the College’s graduate programs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in admissions policies and practices, enrollment management trends, financial aid, registration best practices, and marketing. Direct experience in recruitment, budgeting, personnel management, and the use of information systems to promote efficiency is essential.
The role also has responsibility for policy development, compliance, and graduate union management for the College programs, including oversight of College PhD slot allocation, adherence to GAGE contracts, coordination with finance teams on grants and fellowships, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
