Role Overview:
As a Business Coach in our Foundations Program, you coach home service professionals (Pros) through their early growth journey. This program helps Pros add as many as 20 new jobs a week to their calendars. That’s real growth, real income, and real impact you can see every day. As a Business Coach, you’ll work directly with Pros to turn proven business systems into measurable results. You’ll teach them the strategies that drive success, then coach them to implement those systems in their own businesses.
If you’re a confident communicator, a strong facilitator, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive, this is your opportunity. The Foundations Program is where many Pros learn how to think and operate like a CEO. You’ll guide that transformation, helping Pros gain control, scale with confidence, and create the freedom they’ve always wanted. At the same time, you’ll sharpen your own expertise in small-business operations, growth strategy, and leadership development. You’ll be learning the same tools and frameworks used by the most successful Pros within HCP, Pros doing over $3M in annual revenue.

What you do each day:
You’ll run engaging 90-minute live coaching sessions for 10 cohorts per week with up to 12 Pros in each cohort. Your sessions will focus on helping business owners install the right systems to grow, from pricing and marketing to hiring and leadership.
Drive Results
You’ll help Pros set clear weekly goals, stay accountable, and follow through. Success in your role is measured by four key metrics:
Deliver the Curriculum
You’ll teach a proven playbook built from the most successful HCP users, Pros doing $3M+ in annual revenue. You’ll guide Pros through structured frameworks and help them apply the material to their own businesses.
Collaborate and Improve
Work closely with your peers, your manager, and our content team to share best practices, refine delivery, and support new curriculum rollouts, including upcoming “Get More Jobs” and “Get More Profit” tracks.

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected on target earnings range for this role is $70,000-$78,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
