JOB PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cooking Aids team, part of Unilever's biggest BU - Foods Europe. You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that values creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. If you are passionate about innovation, portfolio strategy and revamping Knorr, then this role is just for you! The role sits within the Platform & Innovation team. In your role you will work across the strategic priority segments Seasoning and Bouillon.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • End-to-end project leadership: Take ownership, lead and project manage innovation/renovation/savings initiatives, working closely with the cross-functional and country teams to bring products to market OTIF. This will need excellent project management skills and strong relationship-forming with cross functional teams.

  • Shape the Future of Cooking Pastes: Drive the roadmap for our newly launched Cooking Paste platform, collaborating across teams to unlock its full potential.

  • Modernize Bouillons: Help elevate our Bouillon portfolio by introducing contemporary new formats and patented technologies that reflect modern cooking habits, deliver added value to consumers, and bring fresh relevance to the category.

  • Help Knorr reach more contemporary cooks by developing new concepts that are exciting, on-trend and drive penetration for our brand. We are looking for creativity, a can-do mindset and a lot of positive energy!

  • Accelerate Market Impact: Deliver innovation quickly and effectively, including post-launch reviews, budget management, and agile consumer testing.

  • Support Category Strategy: Work with EU platform leads to build winning strategies tapping into category understanding, food trends across segments and evolving consumer habits.

  • Drive day to day contact with local markets to support them in bringing our category mixes and category plans to life.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in portfolio management and/or innovation

  • Proven track record in Project Management

  • Positive mindset and a lot of energy

  • Ability to work independently and to (project) lead cross-functional teams

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Passion for food and cooking, constantly curious for the latest trends

  • A fast learner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in Foods is a plus
