Overview
The Senior Analyst, Marketing is a key contributor to Mastercard’s Sponsorship and Priceless platform initiatives, Sponsorships B2B engagement, and Sponsorships thought leadership. This role is responsible for Global Sponsorships’ content strategy on priceless.com, campaign development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
This candidate will also support thought leadership for sponsorship opportunities within our products and services business and highlight sponsorships as a business driver.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, collaborative, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated proficiency in storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bringing a blend of creative, analytical, and operational expertise to drive sponsorship initiatives forward.
In this role you will:
- Work collaboratively across regions, markets and cross functional teams
- Manage sponsorship related content on Priceless.com including content uploads into Priceless.com
- Partner with agencies to ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to brand standards
- Curate and launch Priceless Experiences, ensuring sponsorships are live on Priceless.com
- Refresh Priceless.com layouts and merchandising; centralize pass-through rights tracking.
- Be proficient in copywriting in brand voice
- Lead approvals management with regions and property owners
Sponsorships and B2B/2C Engagement
- Support B2B marketing and engagement as needed
- Support multi-market campaigns through contest setup, global auction management, and consulting and design for Priceless content for global sponsorship assets
- Support development of passion insights for B2B2C and support onsite at sponsorships events as applicable
- Co-lead creation of B2B2C templates and streamline sponsorship activation processes
- Liase with relationship leads within global sponsorships and regions to ensure experiences are published
Thought Leadership
- Facilitate best practice sharing across teams
- Support leadership with external presentation materials and thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop monthly sponsorship newsletter including sourcing content from regional and agency partners, drafting copy, editing, design, and review.
-Craft strategic messaging to reinforce Mastercard’s investment in women’s sports
-Partner with internal teams (CNPF, Passion Card, Priceless Operations, Content, Sales, Regional Leads, Global Sponsorships) to refine messaging, develop sales toolkits, and ensure accountability

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
