Overview of the role
Under the supervision of the Regional Human Resources Director for Quebec, the Senior Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in promoting the company’s values and culture. This person is responsible for HR operational activities, including employee relations, recruitment, labor relations, training and development, as well as managing benefits for our St-Raymond site.

 

How you will make contributions that matter

  • Advising and supporting managers, supervisors, and employees on HR practices and procedures
  • Establishing HR priorities for the St-Raymond plant and ensuring alignment with the Canadian division’s HR objectives
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company and actively promoting its culture
  • Performing various related tasks as needed

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Reliability and team spirit, while being able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French is required, as the role involves communication with team members across Canada.
  • CRHA designation (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Salary : $78,170- $102,600

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
