Job Description:

INTELLIGENCE ANALYST SENIOR

Security Analyst personnel are responsible for the processing and status documenting of security background investigation requests from military, civilian and industrial sources. Security Analysts tasks shall include:

Interface between Government agencies and industrial partners for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to gov't programs, for review and approval by the USG;

Provide accurate and timely operational and administrative support to Case Analysts and Adjudicators;

Review individual personal history statements and other documents for completeness, for review and approval by the USG;

Maintain accurate personnel data in all files;

Update the Talon database;

Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security;

Perform research tasks in support of investigations and Continuous Evaluation, such as Talon, Scattered Castles, DPRIS, SAVE, JPAS, DISS, State, CVS and other applicable databases during performance of the contract;

Complete Letters of Assignments (LOAs) for Investigative Service Providers (ISPs), highlighting areas of concern in which investigators should follow-up on;

Maintain daily metrics of work completed, to include notification of management on noteworthy cases;

Provide quality assurance reviews of background investigation reports and are required to analyze cases pursuant to Federal Investigative Standards and Security Executive Agent Directive 4 (SEAD 4) guidelines;

Assist with scanning/uploading of background investigation reports, and other case related products, during the course of their job duties, to assist with the enterprise initiative of live file digitization;

Assist with tracking of priority cases, as requested by management;

Provide administrative support for PSD to ensure background investigations are completed within Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) timelines and be functional with Microsoft Office products; The Contractors shall assist with conducting National Agency Checks (NACs) from applicable databases and provide accurate NAC reports for each file; The Contractor shall assist with fielding daily inquiries from customers and stakeholders, utilizing strong customer service skills, judgement and tact

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or 5+ years of relevant experience
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
