Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Seasonal Full-Time Gift Card Agent who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do! This seasonal position will run from November 24th, 2025 through December 25th, 2025. 

About the role: 

The ideal candidate will deal effectively with clients via telephone and in person to sell and process gift cards for the hotel, spa and restaurant. Their main duties include explaining available gift card options, processing sales transactions, activating cards, and ensuring that the correct value is loaded. They may also answer guest inquiries about balances, promotions, or how the cards can be used. 

What you bring:

  • We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!  We are seeking an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask and problem solve, and have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants should be willing team players, comfortable with computer systems, as well as communicating over the telephone. 
  • We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have a positive, can-do attitude. 

Additional preferred qualifications & skills:  

  • 1-year previous experience as a Telecommunication Operator, Customer Service Sales Representative, Coordinator or Order Taker in a fast-paced Hotel operation.  
  • Previous experience with OPERA PMS, and Book4Time is an asset  
  • This position involves a heavy volume of guest contact and fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.  
  • Additional language a definite asset for career growth.  
  • Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.  
  • This position requires a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.

Schedule & Hours  

The ideal candidate will have an open availability and able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays  

Contract will be November 24th, 2025 through December 25th, 2025.
