We are currently seeking a Scientific Engagement & Congresses/Global Oncology Medical Affairs Intern for Summer 2026. This part-time position works for approximately 20 hours per week.   

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating Key External Expert (KEE) Health Care Provider summaries

  • Producing lists, management and follow up on KEE engagement requests

  • Aggregating, organizing and track data for key performance indicator metrics

  • Organizing KEE engagement planning documents

  • Assisting with gathering data for Ad Hoc insights requests

  • Research and insight summarization

Qualifications:  

Education: Currently enrolled in a pharmacy school program at either the 3-5th year. Would consider second year and beyond if held a prior bachelor of science degree.

Skills

Interpersonal: Clear communicator with ability to summarize large amounts of information into succinct descriptions. Self-directed, adaptable, and collaborative. Solution oriented and results driven.

Technical: MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, digital saavy, a plus is SmartSheet

Salary Range:

$17.23 - $58.15
