At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

Summary


Lead a customer delivery in POD leading the implementation Leah and/or CLM for clients who have purchased the platforms. You’ll turn clear requirements into practical solutions, align specialists (Functional Consultants, Legal Engineers, Integrations), and steer work from discovery through testing, training, go-live and hypercare and adoption.


This role suits a tech professional or lawyer or legal professional with a strong interest in technology, as well as experienced legal‑tech implementers (e.g., DocuSign, Sirion, Harvey, Legora, Icertis, Agiloft).


Key responsibilities


• Own the delivery plan and backlog; keep scope, priorities, and progress simple and visible.
• Map how work happens today and design a cleaner future process with the client.
• Shape Leah use cases, CLM set-up and or a combination so they work together and solve real 
problems.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management so new ways of working stick.
• Manage risks and decisions early; remove blockers and keep momentum.
• Communicate clearly with sponsors and users; show progress and outcomes.
• Build re-usable assets (templates, how-to guides) and hand over cleanly to support/scale.
• Support proposals and estimates with grounded delivery assumptions.


Experience & skills


• 6–8 years in legal, contracting, legal ops, procurement, or legal‑tech delivery.
• Hands-on delivery of platform implementations (CLM and/or AI‑enabled tools).
• Confident planning work, managing scope/risks, managing teams, and leading client conversations.
• Comfortable working with adjacent systems (e‑signature, document management, procurement/ERP) alongside engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; simple, structured storytelling.
