SAP HCM Consultant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and configuring SAP HCM modules like Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self-Service.

  • Analyzing HR business processes and mapping them to SAP HCM functionalities.

  • Tailoring the SAP HCM system to meet specific business needs, including writing scripts and programs for user interfaces and functionalities.

  • Conducting system testing, developing training materials, and providing end-user training to ensure smooth system operation.

  • Resolving issues, providing ongoing support, and maintaining the SAP HCM system.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations and processes.

  • Working with HR teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to optimize HR processes through SAP HCM solutions.

  • Keeping abreast of the latest SAP HCM trends, technologies, and best practices.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study

  • 6+ years of SAP experience

  • SAP Certified (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP HCM.

  • Experience with scripting, programming, and system integration.

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide training to end-users.

  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure successful system implementations.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
