4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144We’re backfilling a high‑impact Scrum Master who helped our Salesforce/nCino Commercial Bank program deliver consistent, well‑tracked increments across Commercial Onboarding , Service Cloud, and DocuSign integration workstreams. You will coach one to two squads, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure delivery hygiene across sprints and Program Increments—keeping Jira/Jira Align clean and partner teams unblocked—while aligning time, scope, and change in EPPIC.

3+ years of scrum master delivery experience, including additional 2+ years of agile project experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification preferred, or
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification plus 3 years of experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
