We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, with proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and REST API integrations. This role requires an individual who is not only technically proficient but also innovative and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development & Customization:
    • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems through robust REST API integrations and SOAP.
  • System Integration & Maintenance:
    • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient code to meet business needs.
    • Ensure seamless integration of third-party applications, keeping in mind security and performance best practices.
  • DevOps & Release Management:
    • Utilize DevOps tools such as Gearset and GIT to manage version control, automate deployments, and streamline release cycles.
    • Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance.
  • Collaboration & Best Practices:
    • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Follow and promote Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends.
    • Propose and implement innovative enhancements to improve overall system functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce core development.
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and SOAP.
  • Problem Solving & Communication:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agentforce development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or CRMA(Analytics Cloud).
  • Additional certifications in Salesforce ( Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 or Java Script Developer,CRMA).
  • Preference for Central or Pacific timezone.

The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
