Salesforce Developer (Work from Bangalore office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Administrator to own, enhance, and scale our Salesforce platform. This hybrid role combines declarative administration and Apex development expertise to deliver automation, integrations, and optimized user experiences across Sales, Service, and Operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in both configuration and code — someone comfortable translating business requirements into elegant technical solutions that drive productivity and growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Build and maintain automation via Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Record-Triggered Flows.
  • Maintain data integrity through imports, deduplication, and validation.
  • Partner with Business Analysts and System Owners to implement new features and enhancements.

Development

  • Design and develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Test Classes.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other middleware.
  • Implement CI/CD practices for metadata deployments (e.g., GitHub, Copado, Gearset).
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical design sessions.
  • Partner with architects and business leaders to shape scalable solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Identify platform optimization opportunities, technical debt reduction, and best practices adoption.
  • Support release management, testing, and change control processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Flow Orchestration, Omni-Channel)

 

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as an Admin or Developer (preferably both).
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and standard Salesforce data models.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer .
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin certification.
  • Experience with CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox management.
  • Understanding of security model, data architecture, and API integration platforms.

This job requires to be working twice a week from Bangalore office.
