Our Salesforce Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of GWAM Tech - CRM Platform Team and support the evolution of Salesforce platforms within a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment. The role blends technical problem-solving with hands-on platform enhancement, offering continuous learning and exposure to both administrative and development work. Position Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as flows, process builders, validations, and workflow rules, leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) platform capabilities to support current and future business needs.
  • Provide platform support and issue resolution, including configuration troubleshooting, incident and production support, and collaboration with support and test analysts across a multi-org environment.
  • Execute DevOps practices and support deployment activities using tools like Copado, ANT, and change sets, with experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Manage core administrative functions, including user administration, sandbox refresh cycles, certificate maintenance, seasonal upgrades, and reporting/dashboard creation and maintenance.
  • Maintain strong data and object model integrity, applying knowledge of Salesforce security settings, and contributing to scalable architecture and platform enhancements through unit testing and proactive solution design.
  • This role follows a night shift schedule, with a hybrid work setup based in Quezon City (occasional adjustments might be required based on business needs).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment.
  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin Automation, multi-org support, release management, and deployment tools such as Copado, ANT, and change sets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, including workflows, validations, flows, process builders, and security settings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Must hold at least one Salesforce certification such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices in Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, and tools like JIRA.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of Salesforce data and object models.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with AppExchange tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and managing seasonal upgrades and certificate renewals.
