About the Role

Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to designated Top 70 and high-growth potential Wealth Management firms. Serve as a key relationship manager, ensuring firms can efficiently conduct business through our Platform. Proactively promote the Adviser Support Hub as the first point of resolution for queries, while delivering ongoing assistance and relationship management at a consistently high standard to retain and grow business opportunities.

About You

  • Respond promptly to all incoming queries from adviser firms and clients, encouraging use of the Adviser Support Hub as the primary solution channel

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with Wealth Management Consultants (WMCs), Financial Advisers, and Platform Specialists

  • Assist with pre- and post-sale queries and escalations, ensuring smooth end-to-end service support

  • Provide cover for account management when needed (e.g., during leave periods)

  • Ensure all activity complies with service-level agreements, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Track and manage new business pipelines in collaboration with WMCs

  • Process and oversee inbound documentation accurately and within breach deadlines

  • Draft and issue client-specific correspondence to support resolutions and corrections

  • Monitor outstanding items and chase required documentation to complete applications

  • Deliver regular performance updates on aligned accounts and act as their single point of contact

  • Act quickly to address and resolve service dissatisfaction or failure

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing efforts, sharing insight with internal teams

  • Participate in and help organize face-to-face or virtual meetings, including service reviews and operational updates

  • Prioritize “right first time” service, consistently demonstrating care, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Produce management information reports to support WMCs and adviser firms in tracking business and retention

  • Monitor adviser activity and flag new business and retention opportunities to WMCs

  • Support cross-functional tasks aligned to your skill set when required
