Sales Support Administrator (Entry-level)

We are looking for a Belgrade-based Sales Support Administrator to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Proficient level of English language
• 0+ years of working experience (entry level role)
• Proficient level of Microsoft Office package

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Hands-on experience with Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and creating pivot tables.
• A basic understanding of CRM systems and their general usage.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Assist in the support of sellers and sales opportunities.  
• Manage and update customer databases and sales records. 
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative. 
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation. 
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and documentation. 

About the Team

The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate.

Hours of Work 

This is a full time position. The working hours would be 9-5 EMEA.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
