Role Summary:

This role reports to the Manager, Sales and is part of the Europe Division.

Main Responsibilities:

•Within the specified customer base, prospects, qualifies, quotes, proposes & closes business.

•Proactively/Reactively manages accounts

•Performs outbound call campaigns.

•Proactively reaches out to Out-Of-Term (OOT) circuits, raises rates when appropriate and manages the customer data base campaigns as requested by line manager.

•Reviews churn, contacts clients, saves revenue.  Responsible to ensure “Reason Codes” are accurate.

•Responds to account queries related to service upgrades, changes, ceases.

•Performs quote/order entry in a CRM system.

•Actively promotes company products to customers aiming to close as many as possible new, upgrade and renewal deals.

•Builds trust and relationship with clients aiming to bring more, and expand current business as much as possible.

•Performs other sales related administrative functions as requested by line manager.

•Strong customer focus

•Must have conversational level English and French, both written and verbal

•Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

•Attention to detail and accuracy while being able to maintain higher workload

•Professional and articulate

•Effective communicator; able to liaise with confidence with both the internal and external parties.

Essential Criteria:

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals.

•Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.

•Strong computer skills and good levels of competence in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint.

Desirable Criteria:

•Experience in a sales-oriented environment where direct sales activities have been performed is preferred
•Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus
