**Sales Operations Associate **
**Location: **This position is remote requiring Pacific Time working hours with preference to candidates located in Los Angeles or Orange County.
Who we are looking for:
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
- 1+ years of being client facing in some capacity, with the ability to engage with clients and prospects to deliver exceptional service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Docusign.
- Exceptional organizations skills with the ability to multitask effortlessly while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with a polished and professional presence that leaves a lasting impression.
- A self-motivated innovator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an eagerness to make an impactful contribution to the Sales organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports meticulously up-to-day ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility for informed decision-making.
- Provide essential daily support to the Sales team, expertly managing meeting schedules, calendars, and preparing compelling sales materials that drive results.
- Nurture leads by proactively following up with potential clients through phone, email and CRM tools by maintaining momentum and building strong relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collaterals that showcase SPRX’s value.
- Monitor sales metrics, generate insightful performance reports, and support forecasting to keep leadership informed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, and constantly seek innovative ways to improve processes, tools and workflows to drive efficiency to empower the Sales team to succeed.
