As a Sales Negotiator based in Norwich you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers  
  • Upselling and expanding accounts, contributing to the branch's targets
  • Answering the phones, responding to emails and serving customers behind the trading counter
  • Writing quotes for customers  

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 8.00am - 5.00pm

  • Industry or merchant experience is desirable
  • Previous sales experience
  • The ability to form and maintain relationships with customers
  • To be able to expand accounts and contribute towards branch targets
