The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

What you will do:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing team in executing daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media initiatives.
  • Help prepare sales proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth group bookings and special events.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and digital content as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Gain exposure to Four Seasons brand standards and luxury hospitality operations.
  • Provide exceptional service support to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Perform any additional duties that are assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field, preferably in Hospitality Management and/or Marketing.
  • A passion for service and delivering genuine, memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Fluency in additional foreign languages will be considered an added advantage.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a 6-month internship opportunity.
  • 48 hours a week with one day off.
