Role Overview: 
As the Sales Manager for Taiwan, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Peak Energy’s sales activities in Taiwan's rapidly evolving renewable energy market. This role will focus on developing relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including power retailers, corporate clients, and strategic partners. You will drive commercial agreements, including both physical and virtual PPAs, and support the company's long-term goals in Taiwan's energy transition. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the energy or related sectors. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Sales & Account Management 
- Under the Guidance of our Taiwan Sales Director, Manage commercial sales activities, including sales negotiations and contract closures with a diverse range of clients (retailers, corporations, and institutional buyers). 
- Drive sales and achieve volume targets by developing and executing commercial strategies. 
- Develop tailored renewable energy solutions for corporate clients, municipalities, and other commercial entities, ensuring the successful execution of contracts. 
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, development) to ensure alignment on project timelines, contract terms, and compliance with business requirements. 
 
Business Development 
- Map and prioritize market opportunities in Taiwan’s renewable energy space, focusing on deregulated segments, corporate off-takers, and strategic partnerships. 
- Monitor regulatory changes, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitiveness. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including power producers, government agencies, and potential project partners. 
- Represent Peak Energy at industry events, forums, and networking sessions to enhance the company’s presence in the market. 
Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree in business, energy, finance, or a related field (preferred). 
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors. 
- Proven track record in sales, client management, and negotiating commercial contracts, especially within the energy or renewable energy sectors. 
- Understanding of Taiwan's energy market, regulatory frameworks, and PPA structures. 
- Experience with large-scale energy solutions or renewable energy projects is a plus. 
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. 
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written); business-level English is a plus. 
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment.
