About the role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our Mid-Market Account Executive team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the Mid-Market sales strategy, drive consistent revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. This role is based in our Stockholm office.

Key responsibilities: 

· Owns the Mid-Market sales strategy, including segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and territory planning.

· Sets performance goals and KPIs, and regularly track team progress, offering coaching and support as needed.

· Has an entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy problem solving and view change as an opportunity

· Has commitment to overachievement - quitting is not in your dictionary

· Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and feedback loops.

· Drive consistency in sales process, use of tools and sales methodologies.

· Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent to build a strong bench of future sales leaders.

· Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior and executive leadership on pipeline and revenue.

· Act as a coach when needed, joining strategic deals and removing roadblocks for your team.

· Act as a role model to live and breathe the values of the company and to contribute to long-term company goals that go beyond your scope.

The ideal candidate has:

· At least 5+ years of proven experience leading and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in the Mid-Market segment (1000+ employees).

· Experience in leading a consultative sales process in complex SaaS environment

· Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management and pipeline generation.

· Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

· Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

· Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and CRM best practices

· Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partners, and Customer Success.

· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and operational execution skills.

· Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and powerpoint forms

· Fluent in Swedish and English.
