What You’ll Do

  • Own the Growth Strategy: Identify, pursue, and close strategic sales opportunities to exceed annual quota.
  • Hunt & Cultivate: Prospect aggressively for new clients while deepening relationships with existing accounts to drive expansion.
  • Lead with Insight: Ask the right questions, uncover challenges, and deliver solutions that resonate with executive priorities.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with technical and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and win RFPs.
  • Forecast with Precision: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deliver timely, predictable results.
  • Be the Face of Netsmart: Represent our brand at industry events and client meetings, building credibility and influence.
