We are currently looking for Sales Business Analytics Manager who will be responsible for creating impactful pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data as well as handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and contribute to reaching sales targets.
Ultimately, you will work with a team of Sales & Commercial people to support the overall sales process throughout the year.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Data Management & Governance
Oversee the collection, consolidation, and management of sales data from multiple sources both internal and external.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and hygiene through proper validation and governance processes.
Develop and maintain standardized data models, taxonomies, and reporting structures.
Implement automated solutions to improve data quality and reduce manual intervention.
Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards and scorecards for internal stakeholders.
Track key performance indicators (KPI) such as sales volume/value, fundamental, penetration, productivity, and distribution.
Advanced Analytics & Insights Generation
Translate raw sales data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategies and execution.
Conduct trend analysis, market performance evaluation, opportunity sizing, and scenario modelling.
Collaborate with commercial, trade, and marketing teams to identify sales growth levers and optimize investment.
System & Tools Management
Manage and optimize sales data platforms, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and reporting systems.
Act as the key liaison with IT, Data Engineering, and external vendors for data solutions.
Drive automation, system integration, and digitization to enhance reporting efficiency.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build a culture of data-driven decision making within the commercial organization.
Establish and share best practices in data and analytics.

Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
Analytical skills to interpret sales data (internal & external data) to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
