Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our company.
 
The Administrative Assistant for Sales is responsible for supporting and managing our sales operations alongside of our Vice President. This role involves managing emails, schedules, creating SOW templates, tracking tasks and opportunities, and communicating with Clients and partners. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can collaborate independently with internal teams, including sales, strategists, and Practice Managers. The Sales Assistant will also review bid sites to identify relevant opportunities, route them to the appropriate staff, and ensure compliance with document requirements for project setup in our tracking system. Additionally, this role will support the production of recurring and one-time reports, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
