Responsibilities:

Product Data Management and Client Synchronization

  • Create and update articles and technical sheets on client platforms, GS1, or Excel.
  • Maintain the assortment in GS1: add new products, verify and upload visuals, update product names and descriptions.
  • Check connections with client platforms and ensure data consistency.

Retail Media (Client Advertising)

  • Collaborate with KAMs to provide product photos/videos for advertising campaigns.
  • Act as the point of contact with client representatives and facilitate communication for KAMs.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis (post-mortem) when possible.

Administrative Support and Internal Follow-up

  • Keep internal and external client-related files up to date.
  • Encode product logistics data on client platforms.
  • Upload product visuals and descriptions to client websites.

Document Management and Compliance

  • Collect, verify, and transmit product information: technical sheets, safety data sheets, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain the GSPR database (hazard signals on packaging).

Sales Support and Initiatives

  • Research and prepare information for sales support measures.
  • Suggest ideas to improve team efficiency.

Logistics and Samples

  • Send product samples (via mail or UPS) and share specific technical sheets by email.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and GS1 platforms.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
