What You’ll Work On

The Sales Analytics Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support Sales Analytics and Performance initiatives. This role ensures data accuracy, system reliability, and actionable insights for Sales leadership and Finance teams.

•    Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Cognos, and Excel.
•    Develop and support ETL processes and data models to ensure accurate and timely data availability.
•    Architect data solutions to integrate multiple sources including Salesforce and SmartSheet.
•    Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
•    Collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
•    Support tools for Sales Incentives and Sales Analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•    Provide project timeline estimation and manage deliverables within agreed timelines.
•    Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent.
•    1-3 years of experience in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence development.
Technical Skills: 
•    PowerBI, Python, PowerQuery, Excel, Salesforce, Cognos, SmartSheet.
Business Skills: 
•    Understanding of sales processes, incentive plans, requirement gathering, and project estimation.
Soft Skills: 
•    Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, effective communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 
Certifications: 
•    PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or analytics certifications are a plus.

The base pay for this position is

$60,000.00 – $120,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
