Roles and Responsibilities

These responsibilities ensure robust identity and access management, enhancing security and compliance within the organization.

  • Solution Development and Customization: Develops and customizes SailPoint Identity Now (ICS) solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization. Creates custom workflows, rules, and connectors to integrate with various systems and applications.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Configures SailPoint ICS components, including identity governance, role management, and access certifications. Ensures that the solution aligns with business requirements and security policies.
  • Application Integration: Integrates SailPoint with other enterprise applications such as HR systems, Active Directory, and cloud services. Develops and maintains connectors and APIs to support seamless data exchange.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducts thorough testing of SailPoint solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Identifies and resolves defects and ensures that the implemented solutions meet quality standards.
  • Documentation and Training: Creates comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Provides training and support to IT staff and end-users to ensure effective use of SailPoint.
  • These responsibilities ensure that SailPoint is effectively implemented, customized, and maintained to support the organization's identity and access management needs. Design and Implement IAM solution and tools to manage R1’s expanding cloud identities and SaaS application footprints.
  • Work with application owners to integrate application security and application roles with centralized IAM IDPs.
  • Work with Offshore teams, stakeholders, Vendors for IAM governance tasks and activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience with SailPoint Identity Now (ICS).
  • 5 years of IAM related programing experience.
  • 3 years of experience building SailPoint connectors. Not OOTB connectors.
  • Understanding of modern authentication solutions using SAML/OAuth/OIDC
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow
  • This role will be required to work in flexible shift timings supporting US business hours.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in technology or related fields preferred.
