Responsibilities:
• Lead team meetings and serve as a subject matter expert for all interview coordination responsibilities including candidate interview logistics, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements/reconciliation
• Work closely with the team to deliver results and excellent customer service through load balancing, assigning tasks, and monitoring of service level agreements
• Act as the main point of contact for the coordination team, facilitate communication of process changes, system enhancements and general announcements to regional team members
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in business process and work with management to implement solutions that streamline interview coordination globally
• Participate in the selection and training of new team members
• Cover and assign team’s out of offices and monitor team workload
• Cross-functional support, ad hoc projects and programs
• Active management of recruiting partner relationships via collaboration initiatives, and process improvements
• Build team culture through events, recognition, and similar initiatives
• Work with the coordination managers to handle issues with team members
About You
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of human resources, recruiting operations or related experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job work experience
Other Qualifications:
• Work effectively with internal and external contacts and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice
• Great organizational skills, able to track a high-volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in setting and managing expectations
• Problem solver - able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when appropriate - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
