THE JOB:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? MGM National Harbor is looking for a dedicated Reservation Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you will be the heartbeat of our guest services, assisting them with reservation requests and inquiries about all MGM National Harbor. Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail will ensure that every guest has a seamless and memorable experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $24.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests
Assist with all group, wedding, convention and leisure reservations
Assist individual guests who are Inquiring about reservations
Communicate group information to the Front Desk to ensure a high quality of customer service
Send guest correspondence as needed
Prepare customer invoices and processes payments
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Six months of prior relevant experience preferred

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
