The role is to ensure positive end to end employee experiences through ensuring pay for performance culture, providing effective employee services as well as adhering to labour processes and compliances.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Manage annual budgeting process and people cost to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and drive pay for performance culture through embedding in our internal process and stakeholder education.
• Develop competitive pay and benefit offerings through data and analytics.
• Deliver effective employee services experiences through driving people system and ensuring clear processes.
• Adhere to labour processes and compliances through keeping up to date on legal development and working closely with government and relevant stakeholders and ensure labour compliance of employees.
• Manage payroll and other employee benefits to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and accessibility.
